This eLearning course on accessible customer service was designed for university faculty, staff and student leaders like you to learn about the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, a regulation under the AODA.

How This Online Training is Organized

This online training is divided into three modules, which are directly related to sections of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The three modules are as follows:

Before you start, please note that it will take you approximately an hour of uninterrupted time to complete the three modules in this series, depending on your individual pace. Should you choose to exit the training before completing all three modules, you will be required to start the training again from the beginning.
